As a Health Economist at Medlior, Behnam offers expertise in development of economic modeling, statistical analysis and systematic literature reviews. Behnam has extensive experience in the design and implementation of cost-effectiveness, cost-of-illness, patient-level and capacity simulation models using real-world data.

Behnam has completed a PhD in Health Economics at the University of British Columbia and a Master of Science in Operations Research from the University of Manitoba, and has held previous roles as a Research Fellow at Statistics Canada and as a Scientist and Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Calgary.
